Digital Delivery Policy

All products sold in our store are digital goods — there is nothing to ship. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to your purchase. This policy explains how delivery works, what to do if something goes wrong, and how we can help.

- Email delivery — A confirmation email containing your download link or access instructions will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
- Account access — If you created an account, your purchase will appear in your account dashboard under My Orders or My Downloads.
Delivery Timeframe
Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. If you do not receive your download link or access email within 24 hours of purchase, please check the following before contacting us:
Check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Ensure the email address entered at checkout was correct.
- Search your inbox for an email from pdfessential520@gmail.com.
- Log in to your account to access your downloads directly.
Delivery Issues & Technical Problems

Download Limits & Link Expiry
Download links may be subject to usage limits or expiry periods for security reasons. If your download link has expired, please contact us and we will issue a new one at no charge.
No Physical Shipment
As all of our products are digital, no physical items will be shipped. We do not collect shipping addresses and no tracking numbers will be issued. If you are charged any shipping fee in error, please contact us immediately for a correction.
